As part of your warranty claim, you'll be asked to print out the following pictures (or simply print this page). Once printed please:
- Mark any damage, marks, scores or other visual defects which are not a Manufacturer Fault e.g.: scratches on screen, dent marks in the housing, generic battery, button missing etc
- Write down any further observations you wish to raise
- Scan the print out back in (or alternatively print this page and wrap it around the device)
- Attach this to your ticket
